HOUSING RESERVATIONS
The Housing Deadline has passed and the hotel is currently sold out on the 19th and 20th of January. If you need assistance either in making a reservation or in changing or cancelling a current reservation please contact Jillian West at 978-927-8330 or jwest@prri.com.
Group Rate is $399.00 a night plus:
• 4% occupancy tax per guest room
• 6% city tax per guest room
• $10.00 baggage handling fee per person in & out
• $3.50 room attendant fee per day, per room
• $3.00 golf bag handling fee per bag, per handling in and out

ROOM DEPOSIT:
All reservations must be accompanied by two night’s deposit in the form of a personal check or major credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations or changes in arrival or departure dates may be made up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival without charge to the individual. Should a change in reservation, including early departure, occur after the cancellation deadline the total 2-night deposit will be forfeited.
